High rent, outdated apartments, double talking staff!

Office staff will smile in your face and lie right to your about incidents around apartment. There maintenance staff fixes things in a hurry and it always looks worse than before they came. Office staff is never polite or considerate of customers needs. They are complete phonies!! It is a 360 degree turn around from when you look at the model to when you actually move in. Pool is dirty quite often and fitness room is as big as your closet! Not worth the money they charge you at all, not to mention the increases they charge year to year.
