Very nice looking apartments. I reviewed the apartment and filled both sides of the apartment survey sheet in detail with all the nicks and so on like you would for a car rental. I asked for my copy of the survey sheet and was told it was not for me to have. Six months later, my short-term lease has completed and I get a bill for $517. All the items I had indicated were for me to pay to fix. Looks like Hampton-in-Highland got a free ride on my back.
The staff, so wonderful to welcome you aboard. Once you are there, they are rude and not at all helpful like they were to GET YOUR CONTRACT. All they want is your money. I make 120,000 a year so I'm not worried.
Maintenance is fine. I called to have something repaired. The office girl whined so much I told her to forget it, I will fix it myself. A Day later, maintenance came by and left a note that nothing was there to fix....
The grounds are nice and attractive. Well maintained and pleasure to look at.
Parking is nice and the pavement is in great shape.
I have rented from places that were just as attractive. I would never go back to Hampton-in-highland unless they got rid of the excessive mood swing staff.
P.S. The accountant is the only one that is very professional and nice.
