The hamptons need to complete quite a bit of work, paint is chipping off everywhere, carpets are so bad, laundry room are very dirty. (They maintain the outside appearance but the inside is very old and run- down.) The office staff is very crass and very un- professional. They say things will be fixed and it seems to never happen. If you call back they give you a very snotty attitude. Office staff (leasing girls) seem to change often so I imagine it isn't the nicest place to work. The insides of some of the aptartments are very outdated. Lights outside go outby the parking areas and take forever to be fixed. (it can be very dark in some areas of the parking lot). Lastly, there is always garbage all over the propery especially aroung the dumpsters. It attracts all kinds of animals and looks very unsightly! You can call and complain until you are blue in the face and I can tell you nothing will be done!!

Have you just moved out? Sometimes after reviewing these comments I notice that some people have the same complaints and some have the save positives. There is know where you are going to live where there are no problems. Also if you are a nurse, there is not one patient and when there are a lot of people to tend to sometimes the people around do the best they can. We are about to move to the Hamptons and I hope our experience is good, we are a little nervous but sometimes you can't have everything perfect, there is no where even at work where that happens. Expect little and have little disappointment. Take care---
