I have been here over 3 months. I feel very comfortable here. I have had issues where I have had to deal with the staff and they have been right on. They return my phone call the next morning (I usually end up calling after hours). I had a new patio door put in, and that was because they said I needed one, didn't even know or ask. I had a tile problem in my bathroom, not even 24 hours later a maintenance person called to schedule a time that was suitable for me. I walk my daughter almost everyday around the landscaping, which helps me walk far, but I am still home. I feel very safe and have had nothing but a great experience here. Whenever I go in the office for change or what have you, they remember my name and always say hi! The laundry room is always clean and I always have access whenever I need to do laundry. Neighbors always say hi and the halls are clean. People these days have so much to complain about, your going to have wear and tear, its an apartment complex. Granted things do need to be updated but take it for what it is. If you owned and house and someone moved in and out almost every year what would it look like' People are to sensitive these days with any type of service. I would recommend this complex to many.
