When I moved in, it was great but as time progressed, I realized that the staff wasn't always honest. They speak in "lovely" tones but the content that came out wasn't becoming of honesty. I saw them ask a resident (who was sitting at a table with an umbrella and reading a book) to throw out her can of soda because of their "no food policy" even though there were no other individuals at the pool. If you are going to be that keen at details, you should check for the overall quality of service (they do have great lawns though). Beware of the "lease" they prepare for you before your current lease is up since there will be time limitations for you to make a decision (" you have 2 weeks to respond--who can find an apartment in 2 weeks') and then the "hidden" charges---Cash for work out area, Cash to use the pool, cash to own a bicycle; since you can't have it in your apartment, cash for the tennis courts...

I would totally agree with you. When we went to sign the lease, the rental girls were just so happy and chipper with us, lots of promises, lots of promises, we signed the lease, and BOOM! they changed!! They are so rude now, it is pretty funny, especially the one right at the front opening when you walk in, I don't want to use her name, it really irks me. We were made lots & lots of nice promises, and basically didn't get any!!! And when you go to them, they say oh, that was not what we agreed on, or no, we never said that. I really would not recommend it here, I think you can get much better for the money. We moved here & were willing to pay more, because of how much they reeled us in with their positive attitude, and just made you seem so dang special!!! i am very upset with my quick decision.

I don't know what you are talking about with all the "hidden charges" I lived at 2 other apartment buildings before here and they never told me they were charging me a redecorating fee at move out - at least the rental girls here told me that I have to pay for carpet cleaning and painting out of my deposit when I move out. I never had to pay cash to use the pool or to have a bicycle - read what you signed when you moved in - if you LOSE your free pool id tag you pay to replace it, if you LOSE the free key to the bike room you pay to replace it. Don't be careless and you won't have to pay! I did pay the 25 deposit to get my own fitness key and sauna room key so I can get into the clubhouse anytime 24/7, but again, if you are not careless and lose it, you get your money back when you move out. I have lived here now for 2 years and have found the staff accomodating - maintenance workers included! Sure once in a while you get a noisy neighbor, that will happen -it is an apartment! Report it to the office, that's what they are there for!
