Myself and 3 other friends rented here in the last 3 years. I must say its not a bad place to live. Nice schools, safe. That's about it. It's kinda expensive $1,000/mth. definelately not worth it. My friends warned me that they was going to take my deposit plus tact on lots of ridiculious charges. I left a clean and empty apartment completly paid in full. Not only did they take my $500 deposite they charged me $500 for nothing. They have a good lawyers and a tight lease. Please read, and be prepared to owe $1,000 or more when you move out, just because!!(ie.. $10 ice trays)
