This is my husband and I first apartment and we like it. We have a 1 bedroom and its appr. 970 sq ft. Our bedroom and living rooms are huge. The staff is nice. They do ask if there is anything wrong with the apartment and how things are going. We have not had any maintenance issues as of yet however I will be calling because my door handle fell off and the kitchen tile is cracked. The only thing I do not like is that the garages are in front of our apartment building and the parking lot is behind the garages, so you have to walk all the way around the garages to get to the parking lot. If you live in the middle of the building that sucks because the garages are connected. Also, I think there is only 1 washer and 1 dryer FOR THE WHOLE COMPLEX!! But I usually go to the laundromat, although I do think that the 2 bedrooms have hookups. Overall, the neighbors are nice, everyone speaks, and its pretty quiet.

A laundry room is connected to the main office. There are multiple washers and dryers.
