I have been here for 6 years and I can See this place is going to the dogs. I have complained about the leaking pipes in the laundry room since April and they still are leaking, I slipped and busted my knee in their laundry room, The people that they are allowing to move in look like criminals and the office staff can be rude to you if you tell them something needs to be fixed. Sure the rent is cheap, but you get what you pay for. My dishwasher has been leaking for 3 years and my downstairs neighbors apartment stinks so bad that the entire hallway smells like trash. It will usually takes maintanence 1 month or more to fix a stopped up tub. This complex is nice if only if you are just moving out of low income housing. Also the parking sucks and you never can find a spot near your building.

I LIVE THERE TOO -- IT DOES SUCK AND IT IS TURNING INTO A GHETTO, PEOPLE DRIVE THROUGH THE PARKING LOT AT 50 MILES PER HOUR BLASTING THEIR RADIOES

I think that the maintenance guy does come in the apartments when no one is home. Also they are allowing criminals to move work and live in the complex. They also take a long time to repair things, I would not recommend these apartments -unless you are moving from the projects.

The only thing decent about this complex is the cleaning lady and the guy that picks up the trash on the property, they do an excellent job- but the trash that lives here keeps messing it up!! No wonder why the decent tenants move out

Ha, I think I'm in the same building, because our pipes in our laundry room are always leaking and it's always wet in there!
