I HAVE BEEN A TENANT HERE FOR 6 YEARS AND WHEN THE OTHER COMPANY OWNED THE COMPLEX IT WAS A LOT NICER, THE PARKING WAS ASSIGNED AND THEY WERE MORE SELECTIVE ON WHO THEY LET MOVE IN. NOW YOU CAN NEVER FIND A SPOT CLOSE TO YOUR BUILDING, MAINTENANCE TAKES FOREVER TO MAKE REPAIRS AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THE TENANTS THAT THEY ARE ALLOWING TO MOVE IN, WHERE ARE THEY FINDING THESE PEOPLE''' THE HAVE A PEDOPHILE WHO LIVES LESS THAN 12 FEET AWAY FROM THE BUS STOP, AND THE OTHER TENANTS FEEL THAT ITS OKAY TO SIT ON THE PORCH AND DRINK THEIR BEER AND SMOKE,- HELLO THATS WHY YOU HAVE A PATIO/BALCONY. THEY NEED TO SELL THIS PROPERTY IF THEY CAN NOT OR WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF IT.
