My family has lived here for 5 years.....The first 3 years we were very impressed with the ownership and staffing in the office.......The last 2 years, since new ownership and office staff, ALL has gone downhill; i.e.,

a. rent raises each year (nothing improved for tenants to show for it),
b. not following thru on background checks (you can virtually see the difference in quality of people who take pride in their residence),
c. an office staff and "manager" who ALL need training in customer service (rudest and uncaring staff)
d. The premises and landscaping looks very ghetto (the apartment complex across the street puts theirs to shame!)
e. And I definitely agree with the parking......They need to go back to assigned spots......The personnel does not follow thru with having visitors not use the tenants spots. This is ridiculous!
e. The original owners/staff and maintenance were positive, motivating and caring personnel who always made the tenants feel happy to be a part of this complex.
