I HAVE NEVER LIVED IN A PLACE LIKE THIS IS.ONLY ONE WORD DESCRIBS IT HORRIBLE!!!. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE LIVED. PEDIFILES --- RAPIST--- DRUNKS--- AND ANY THING ELSE YOU CAN THINK OF. MANAGEMENT SUCKS... AND I WOULDNT RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY

There aren't any rapists here at all. You can check familywatchdog.us, or the local sex-offender registry. I haven't seen any drug problems here, either, and the police are patrolling the place all the time. I personally know several Hobart officers who all have said that they rarely ever have problems with the complex, so the above comments aren't true or substantiated.
