So So - I lived here for a summer. It is an OK place. The office staff is friendly, however, almost impossible to catch in the office. The grounds are well kept. There were a few dog owners that didn't pick up. I have a dog and I really enjoyed walking him in the praire preserve directly behind the apartments. my friends were robbed living there my friends were robbed there last month. It's not been confimed offically but they are 99.999% sure it was the maintenace guy. So keep your chains on the door at night and don't let them in by themsleves to do work!

Decent Place, but a few problems Myself and my family have lived here since July, 2008.
We have had a few problems, but they're mostly with management and maintenance.
We had a very bad bee problem outside our front door (I'm highly allergic) and they didn't have anybody

New Ownership (Including Office Staff) Need to Sell & Learn Customer Service My family has lived here for 5 years.....The first 3 years we were very impressed with the ownership and staffing in the office.......The last 2 years, since new ownership and office staff, ALL has gone downhill;

THIS PLACE SUCKS I HAVE BEEN A TENANT HERE FOR 6 YEARS AND WHEN THE OTHER COMPANY OWNED THE COMPLEX IT WAS A LOT NICER, THE PARKING WAS ASSIGNED AND THEY WERE MORE SELECTIVE ON WHO THEY LET MOVE IN. NOW YOU CAN NEVER FIND A SPOT CLOSE TO YOUR BUILDING, MAINTENANCE TAKES FOREVER TO MAKE

No, No, No, No, and No. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Me and my family had to move here while we were in a pinch. We lived in a third floor apartment, and the stair cases and hallways were nasty. Poorly kept and extremely dirty. That was the least of my problems.
