Nice apartments - I have lived at Summerwood for 2 years and just renewed my lease for a third term. The apartments are really nice and let's face it...you get what you pay for. I looked at a lot of apartments in the area and this one was the nicest. The maintenance team is really nice and gets stuff done pretty quickly too. Decent starter apartment - My experiences over the last 3 years have been mostly good, with a few bad experiences mixed in.
