I've Lived In Worse - We lived there for 4 years and for each of those 4 years, the air conditioning leaked and they had to come out all the time. I never had much of a problem with parking and only minimal trouble with my neighbors. Maintenance was good when they came out, but the leasing office staff was rude and snooty. Not too bad - Place is not too bad. The apartment was pretty clean moving in. Kitchen items are old and somewhat hard to use. Probably best apartment value in the city. The neighborhood is seemingly getting better though there have been a rash of car break ins in the parking lot. There was also talk of someone breaking into the apartments early on, but that ceased quickly.

Leasing staff and management is nice. Love the neighborhood and community attitude of the tenants. Price is good for location and size.
