Worked for me - I Lived at Rockwood two different times. Once in the early 90's and again in 2000. Both times I never had any problems and enjoyed where I lived. I really Loved the size of the apartments themselves. Some of them were built in the 60's and are just WAY bigger than an average appartment. We never had any problems or complaints.
