Not too bad - Place is not too bad. The apartment was pretty clean moving in. Kitchen items are old and somewhat hard to use. Probably best apartment value in the city. Pros & Cons - Floorplan - I had a two bedroom with an excellent floor plan. The living room is absolutely enormous AND has a fireplace! Still live here - Ok, someone wrote a post and while reading it I had to ask myself if I'd written it myself. I can totally agree with everything the person said. This definitely isn't a bad place to live but it's gone downhill a lot since Tim has taken over. If you're looking for a safe place bugfree place to live I would say come here.
