Best apartment I lived in so far. - Victoria apartment is the best place I lived so far in USA. Everyone in the building is friendly. Our dearest landlord (Douglas), the staff (Bill), and my neighbor treats everyone with respect. The parking was very safe because it is gated and it is secured.
