There were many office personnel changes that took place, and sadly they got worse as the years passed. Maintenance was awesome however and quick to respond (the guy had been there since I moved in and he seemed to actually care about his job). DO NOT LIVE HERE - I have lived here for 8 months and would not recommend this to ANYONE. Our apartment, which was locked, was broken into. They kicked down the door during daylight and stole everything. In a different instance, my room mate had her spare tire stolen off of her Jeep. Amazing! - i moved into the block a month ago and thus far it is amazing! Parking seems a bit expensive but for being in the center of downtown it is fair. The management is super friendly and nice.
