Live for one and a half years. Bad wiring, Outdated appliances. I've given up on maintenance unless it is an emergency and then expect several visits to actually get it fixed. My balcony is going to fall down someday as well. If the neighbors yell loud enough you can hear every word they say. You can hear everything that we say inside our apartment if you stand in the hallway leading to our door. If privacy is unimportant to you then this is the right place for you.
