If you're looking for a lot of space then this is the place to be but be warned that the square footage includes the basement. Otherwise the rooms are of average townhouse size.
The outside appearance is unkempt with a lot of visible repairs that need to be done.
Staff, when confronted with something they don't want to hear, becomes rude and belligerent.
Shabby looking out of date appliances and fixtures. Maintenance just paints over everything and doesn't clean up when paint gets onto surfaces it doesn't belong on.
Pictures and floorplans shown on websites do NOT represent what the renter is getting so be sure to go see it for yourself before giving them any money. Their "living room" picture is a photo of their office instead and the outside looks good in the photos...but not close up.
Overall this place is not worth the rent they want for it. For that amount of money I expected a nice community,up to date amenities and a friendly staff. Instead it's an overpriced ghetto that should be avoided at all costs.

Thanks for the info. I am finding that most of the apartment communities aren't what they advertize! They get an attitude when you confront them with problems as if you are too particular. Of course, we're particular!
