Renter Beware

The buildings and grounds need a significant amount of work. There's a great deal of mold and water damage around windows and in the outside storage. Appliances are dated and in poor repair. Electrical wiring seems problematic. On site management tries to be responsive, but it's clear that the management company isn't spending any money.
it's a shame, because these are spacious and were clearly originally well built. The units are quiet, and the grounds have a great deal of potential. Most of the inside problems are cosmetic (old cabinets, broken doors, etc). Most of the problems just need a little money thrown at them - they could easily charge more if they spent more money.

This place sucks! I lived there for four years. You can't get maintenance to come out for anything. The rent is SKY HIGH! for poorly maintained buildings. Most of the buildings are in dire need of new paint and wood, which is untreated. Balconys have a tendency to crash down often. It's not much better then the place i lived at on the east side with a high crime rate. I also didn't like the idea of high voltage tension lines running right through the middle of the property.
