Not bad for the money

Moved here last May and am overall pleased with the apartments. Very nice office staff and fairly quick maintanice service though you do have to remember there are well over 300 units, a very big place. A decent location, close to 38th/56th, I65, and 465. A little bit of a ghetto, but you get what you pay for. Property is very spread out and parking is great most of the time. Appliances could be a little newer, but again, you get what you pay for. The complex is missing a lot of amenitites others may want like gated community or fitness center. If one doesn't like a place with a little history, you may not like this (dead body in the lake and arson a week ago to a few apts) but to be honest, I feel safe for the most part. Maybe not the best place around, but for the price and semi decent location, its acceptable, especially for college students. I believe it is best though to live as close as you can to the office from what I have seen.
