I've lived here for about 9 months. I have liked it very well. It is in a good location, & it's a big place for relatively cheap rent.

I haven't had any problems with neighbors. There's always a bunch of parking spots close by. Laundry room is clean. Utilities are cheap. I feel quite safe coming home late at night. It's a quiet place - I almost never hear any noise from neighbors or outside in the hallway. The appliances aren't brand new but they all work well.

Maintenance has been fantastic. They come the same day & leave me a handwritten note about the problem & what they did to fix it. The office staff is always nice to me.
