Half-assed way of doing things

I hate this place. I'm not even half way through my lease either! a Pipe in the bathroom broke, Created a HUUUUUGGGGEEE leak in the floor/kitchen ceiling!!! They Simply screwed the Pipe back on and Left. So much for the HUGE soft spot in the bathroom floor so when we step out of the shower, we could fall in any day. OR the Huge crack in the kitchen ugly brown stupid CRAPCRAP!
