This apartment was a nightmare. I lived here because I was new to the city and did not know any better. In the time I was living at the apartment, there was a man who stabbed his girlfriend and child and started his aparment on fire and there was a shooting death right down the road. I ended up just paying off the rest of my rent and moving away because I did not feel safe there. My roomate and I would not dae walk around the complex at night. As far as parking, I had no roblems, but my neighbors had there motorcycle stolen and window broken in and everything stolen. The buldings are low end quality on everything, especially the windows, there is a constant breeze that came in my bedroom window. I called maintenance, but they did not fix it. I also had issues with the fact that the office would not work with my active duty tour for the Air Force and let me out of my lease early. My advice to anyone looking for a place to live is to pay a little more and stay as far away from Abington as possible.

This is so untrue, my name is Pat and I work in the office and I think it is unfortunate that a previous residnet that we had to evict for not paying his rent has to try and get back us by slandering ABington in this manner.

I was not evicted. I simply paid off my rent and moved out of the complex. This is not slander. This is the experience I had while living there.

I lived at abington for a year (2008) and had a big issue with the storm we had in 2008. My windows leaked and flooded horribly. The buildings are in bad shape. Upon move in, I was lied to by PATRICK (PAT) and SIERRA to lure me into moving in. I would not refer this complex to anyone. I was also there when the building was burnt down, right by the entrance. It was a very sad sight to see in a place that you live in.
