A maintence man stole checks from my apartment while he was supposed to be doing repairs in my apartment while i was at work. When i went to the leasing office to ask who was the last maintence man to have a key to go in my apt, I was told they dont keep records on this information. They had the nerve to ask to make a copy of my key as the maintenence man didnt bother to return their copy to office. I was released from my lease with no penalites when a staff member cursed me and threatened me with physical violence and now they are trying to collect monies from me. I called the corporate office and they are no help either. This place is terrible. My car was towed and the office staff put stickers on my car as abandoned when i went out of town. The person above me hot water heater burst and crashed through my ceiling in the living room. All they did was dry the carpet with fans and shabbily patched the whole in my ceiling. Racoons were always getting caugth in the vent above my ceiling. People have pit bulls and sell drugs and have the common areas smelling like marijuana. People leave large bags of smelly trash in the hallways. When i aksed if they would upgrade any appliances in my unit they said only after i move. Report this place to the federal trade comission so they can be investigated. why do u think it is always under new management, with new staff and a new name. It is a trick. No matter what this place is nothing but bad news.

Wow! Hit the nail on the head! This place is a nightmare! Oh and to add to all of the problems... they offer a 200 dollar reward if you recommend someone to live there... which I did prior to knowing about how shady these people are. When I asked about the 200 dollars, they decided to forge a welcome card so it lookes as though they didn't list that I had recommended them. So needless to say... they are all crooks! I can't believe anyone would even dream of living here. Cheap or not, not worth the headache.
