I lived here for a year and would never recommend it to anyone!
The building is old and has a lot of charm, but I was very scared of both elevators in the building. I lived on the 9th floor and enjoyed a great view but terrifying elevator trip everyday.
I also had an issue with the roof leaking and part of my ceiling collapsing. Zender said they fixed it, but I wouldn't trust the patch job they did.
Other issues: My car was towed from my spot even though my tag was on my rear view mirror. My roommate's boyfriend was carjacked at gunpoint on Meridian Street one night. The parking lot is not secure, and my car was broken into (window was smashed with concrete block). The thieves got a bag of dirty gym clothes which they thought was a purse. I had to call 911 twice because of people fighting in the alley behind the building. Sirens from the nearby fire station are constantly blaring.
