Annhurst

This apartment was okay when I first moved in. The lawn was kept up and my court was kinda nice.

I didn't have any bug problems. The perk was that you had a spacious storage and laundry room in the apt. I didn't have to fix too many things. The toilet once or twice and the air conditioner once. We had a really nice maintenance man who kept things up but he had some health problems and after he retired the place went to the pits. He was really helpful and would fix whatever you needed if you caught him anywhere around the apt. Now who knows who they got.

All was going well until the up keep went down. Kids stayed out playing till 10PM. People were having parties in the parking lot leaving their beer cans and trash on the lawn. Kids leaning on and sitting on your car and leaning their bikes up against it and scratching it up. Kids looking into your car leaving grease stains on the window. Noise from parties. The neighbors had their door kicked in and they jumped the guy and ransacked the place. After that we said we were out of there.

If you don't have a washer and dryer in your apt then you have to share the only four in the whole complex. Parking is first come first serve. You can here your neighbors. The wall are not that thick. If they are moving you can hear it. I always knew when my neighbor was moving. When they were up and about. Playing music. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
