The apartments are small, but full of character. I did have several maintience issues during a 2 year stay. Most could have been easily solved had they tried a little harder. Leasing staff and management is nice. Love the neighborhood and community attitude of the tenants. Price is good for location and size. Gated parking provided, but found that parking on street easier.
