There is definitely alot of pros about this complex but I find a few cons as well. I love the fact that its a quiet and peaceful place to live and I definitely feel safe here BUT the maintenance SUCKS! I had an air conditioner that leaked and the maintenance took almost two weeks for them to fix it and I now have a HUGE rust stain on my carpet. My roomate at the time said that when the maintenance came in to fix the leak he kicked it back in place! Then about a month or so ago I had an ant infestation. I immediately contacted the office to have the problem fixed. A few days went by.... a week went by and nothing! No terminex or any phone call whatsoever! When I called the office the leasing agent stated that she FORGOT about the issue and the note was still sitting on her desk!!! Are you kidding me' How do you tell your tenant that YOU FORGOT SOMETHING LIKE THAT! I was very angry but never mentioned it... as long as it was taken care of. Now my lease is almost up and I am in need to speak with them to either renew my lease or give them my notice and I can't seem to get ahold of them for the past week. Everytime I go to the door -- the office is closed! Very, very frustrating!
