I will NEVER resign a lease here! The management was fabulous when I first moved in about 3 years ago. However, there have been three to four different managment teams since I first moved in and things have gotten progressively worse! The dumpster is contantly overflowing... not to mention the broken glass in front of it and all over the parking lot. Repairs take forever. Do you know of a swimming pool not open on Memorial Day weekend' Well, this one wasn't. And they are still having problems with it! I have also started to question the safety of the place. More than once, I have seen the police at the complex. The staff is overall one of the least professional I have ever encountered. It is too bad, because it really is in an awesome location.
