This place is horrible. First, I didn't have heat for about 2 weeks in the winter, and it was horrible waking up in a 49 degree apartment. Then, less than 3 months later, it took them a week and half to fix my air in 90 degree weather. And ended up in the hospital because of it. I called the owners out of state and they were very rude. As long as they have your money, they don't care. Each time it took them 5-7 trips to fix my stuff. Maintenence and office staff change just as much as I change my socks. Obviously, they don't know what they are doing. Have I mentioned that my building just got shot up' Doesn't look like an area for this to happen, but there are bullet holes through the front of my building and friends cars. (Yes, more than one with bullet holes) Unless you got a gun, stay far away from here.
