I recently moved out of this place, after living there several years. They have definately gone downhill, and now, they are trying to claim I owe them hundreds of dollars, and that my security deposit is a fraction of what I originally paid. I have lived through three - four changes of management, and it keeps getting worse. The neighbors are noisy, and the guy next door was beating up his wife the other night. No sidewalks, buildings being shot up, and drug deals near the front entrance...not a good place! Stay away - and if they try and pull the security deposit scam on you, get a lawyer.
