I just moved in around the start of July, and I have been extremely happy. No major issues in my apartment, and the one small one I had (my shower head dripped) was fixed the same day I told the Assistant Manager.
Even the mail man through here is nice.
My apartment has new carpet, a new stove, a hardwood floor in the entry and my closet I could lay down inside if I wanted to. I have no issues.
I am very happy
