Poor maintenance and rude leasing office person (Teri). Our a/c was out for 2 weeks and then went out again after it was fixed the first time and all of this was mid July early August (HOT!!!). None of the maintenance guys could figure out how to fix it and evidentally didn't know how to use a phone to call someone who did. Dryer vent has been plugged for 10 months and still isn't fixed even though the property personell insist that it has been "looked at", whatever that means. Apparently it really means they just looked at it cuz it's still NOT fixed. Upon moving in the bathtubs were dirty, gave up on that one and cleaned it myself. We have a lot of soliciting in our complex for whatever reason.
On a more positive note: we did get a new property manager that gave us coupons for the inconveniences but only after much grief over the subject. Floor plans are nice and good closet space.
Planning to move out to somewhere that has better maintenance and more friendly staff.
