I guess i couldn't expect much for the price. I was just looking for a place to hold me over until I could get into a house, Which I am now in. Here were my issues:
- numerous maintenance issues. my a/c was leaking so much through my wall, they had to completely replace the wall. the leaking also made my carpet wet for about 2 weeks. when they came to fix it, they put stains all over my carpet. i'm sure i'll have to pay for that at checkout time. My refrigerator ran like a lawnmower. i almost couldn't here my television. a/c didn't run for a few days in the summer. I had outlets that didn't work. And I went without hot water for a week. The maintenance staff was friendly, but didn't seem very qualified to fix the problems.
- the pool is horrible. It was out of commission most of the summer because it was falling apart. The tiles were coming off so much, the pool was milky most of the time.
I was signed up by previous management and moved in under the new. From what i can see they are trying to do a better job of fixing the issues, but again, i don't know how qualified they are.
for the price, you get what you expect (old appliances, small Square footage, questionable neighbors, poor maintenance, and a lack of amenities). SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
