I have been here since 2006, and right when I moved in the Manager I think got the boot. Some young girl came in, and I think the whole neighborhood was ready for it to go down hill. It actually got better. There was a super rude leasing person in the office, that made you want to smack her everytime you called, she was just rude. Well, she is no longer there and there is a nice girl in there now. I just got a notice talking about all the new projects they are doing, new appliance, the pool just got a total overhaul, the maintenance men are very nice, and helpful, and everytime I have a problem now, it is getting done. Crime in the area is on the rise, but I don't mean just here. Indianapolis sucks right now, so I recommend no matter where you live to get your renter's insurance, and be careful. I am not trying to talk this place up, but I was a leasing agent for 4 years in college, and so I know how much it takes to keep a place running. I just say, ask questions, and if you don't know if what is being done is right, ask the health department, call your local police department, write down what your issue is and physically mail it to the corporate office. It is a nice place, give it a chance
