I lived in Arbor Green until July 2007 when I got married. I was looking for a new place for my sister to move into, and I saw all the horrible things everyone has to say about this place. I was a Property Manager for 4 years for Herman & Kittle, and I fully understand that the apartments are used, things go wrong, maintenance makes mistakes, and 9 times out of 10 the problems are not the Property Manager's fault but rather it is the management company. Give this place a break. I was there while Vicki was the manager and then the new girl came, Ivy. The place had its issues when she got there. Since she has been there with the newer staff, the blacktop was redone, roofs redone, pool redone, new pool furniture and my apartment was getting new appliances if I stayed. I am not sure why people don't understand that the apartments are used, and if they had their own house, things would fall apart there too. Give it up everyone, if you think you can be better at it or if you have a serious issue, talk to the manager, or the management company. So many people complain but dont even let the place know they have a problem.

I liked living here, I mean I worked for a different company and still lived at Arbor Green

Thank you! I just signed my lease and moved in last week. I was reading this and about to freak out. My aparment is adorable, the manager gave me a entry rug and move in goodies, Morgan was so sweet and worked around my schedule so I could sign my lease (she stayed late) and one of the maintenance guys walked the apartment with me to make sure it was all to my liking. I had 3 issues and he came in and did them the day after move in. He even helped my dad move in my TV. I haven't lived here long, but it has started off well! I'm happy

Ha, You may be the only one who has received this treatment. I NEVER see a maintenance guy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have fallen THREE times when it snows becuase thcy can't even come and clean the sidewalks. Worst maint staff and apartment staff!!!!! I moved here a few months ago and have had sooo many problems!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love it here! This post was written a long time ago, but I still thought I should defend it! I agree with the original post. The place is like 20 years old, it has pre-existing issues! DEAL WITH IT! If you want to live somewhere brand spanking new then you can pay 1,200 a month for a 1 bedroom! For the price I think Arbor is nice, quiet, polite. Granted I dont think it's anything spactacular, but I like it all the same! bitter people are going to be bitter no matter where you are. They feel better when they're miserable.
