The apartments have a great look from the outside. They have poured lots of money into the appearance of the place, instead of updating the interior. All of my appliances are original, and break frequently. In the summer the air doesn't work, in the winter the heat doesn't work. Call Maintenance' HA HA yeah it only took 5 weeks and numerous visits to the office to fix some of the stuff, the rest I am still waiting on.

The staff here cycles from month to month. Every couple of weeks I see a new face. Also the type of people who live here vary so much. As for the residents it varies. I have met a lot of really nice people, but I also have seen some shady characters who live on the premises.

There are a lot of stories I could list on here about my bad experience with this place but I figure you get my point. Please understand I am a patient person and understand that things will break from time to time and that I don't live in geist, however, you can find a much better apartment and community in this area for the price!
