As many others have written, keep looking. There is no doubt: "You get what you pay for." At Arbor Green, the rent is low and it is clearly reflected in the service. Not one person would expect Ritz-Carlton Customer Service, but they do expect people to do what they say with respect to addressing issues that arise! What you get with ANY of the on-site staff is lip service. PERIOD.

From random mistery charges, to supposed written communication,to the standard "I am so sorry. We'll get right on that." response on the fifth trip to the office on a maintenance issue, what you see here on this page as negatives is absolutely true. I could, easily, write several pages, based on my own experiences and the experiences of other friends who mistakenly lease here.

Do not be sold by the sweet voices and appearance of sincere interest in you as a resident when you visit. Spend time here. Catch a current resident out and about. Do so and I am willing to bet you don't sign the lease. People are not venting here because it is fun. They have been driven to this by a poorly run property and those who represent them.

I couldn't agree with this person more! I moved here a couple of months ago and it has been a horrible experience. They have no regard for the renter and if you have a maintenance problem they want to blame you PERIOD. Oh by the way GOOO LUCK trying to get them to fix it. I would not reccomend anyone mvoing here, unless you want headache after headace!!
