Thia has been the worst experience, that I have ever gone thru. Office staff are very rude!! If you have a maint. problem Good Luck trying to get them to come and fix it. Automatically they want to blame you!!!! PERIOD. I can barely take a three minute shower becuase the hot water goes cold like that. I can't wait till my lease is up!!! Run, Run, Run!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you asked maintenance to take a look at your water heater? Do you mean the staff is rude only in response to maintenance complaints?

Indyapthunter do you WORK for Arbor Green or what? You ask the people if they have already done the most obvious things. Do you honestly think that we would be complaining if we hadn't already tried to resolve it. I do believe most of us who have lived at Arbor Green have already stated that the maintenance is pathetic, the office staff are complete pittbulls (with red hair) and the place sucks. You are either completely dunce or you have a vested interest in this apartment community. I think the latter.
