It seems as though alot of people have nothing but bad things to say about Arbor Green. I have lived here for several years, and while I HAVE had some bad experiences, they are far outweighed by the good experiences I have had.

The managament staff has changed several times...but the new staff is excellent. Morgan is always friendly when I call or come into the office, and the new manager (Kim'') has been able to solve me problems every time I've talked to her. There are two new maintenance workers also. I know they are new because they actually fix things when I call!! Since they have been here, I haven't had to wait longer than 2 days to see things repaired in my apartment, and they leave notes saying what was done.

The fact of the matter is that many residents (some of them are my neighbors) complain about things, but don't do anything to help them. If you wait a month to report a problem, you can't be mad at the office for how bad your apartment is. If you are messy and leave trash/dog droppings around the property, they will give you the "mystery charges" someone else reported. READ YOUR LEASE --- It's not just an agreement for the staff, but us as tenants as well.

The bottom line is, we're all adults. I have stayed year after year because I am a good tenant, and that's why I don't have problems. If you are rude/noisy/dirty/irresponsible or generally an unhappy person, you will find problems wherever you go. Take responsibility for where you live and HOW you live, and you probably will enjoy things much more!!!

I'm planning on renewing my lease for another year. Give Arbor Green a chance, and don't let people who are probably getting evicted or charged for things they rightfully owe, deter you from a great neighborhood!!!!

HA!! I find this review very funny. Yes, It is that bad around here. People DO NOT know what they are getting into when they rent from Arbor Green. Sounds like someone from the office wrote this. Trust me, Live here and be very disappointed. I have had more maint. problems and things not getting fixed. Very thin walls with a drug dealer living by me. Here is your warning!

...If there's a drug dealer living by you why wouldn't you call the police? That doesn't make any sense! I wrote the review and I was honest -- if you're getting on here and lying or saying things that just flat out don't add up, you're wasting everybody's time!!!

The office should have more things to do than to get on this web site and try and write a good review. LIKE GETTING THEIR ---- IN ORDER!!!!!!!!!!

For your information, WE DID CALL THE POLICE!!! twice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am in church every sunday, and far from being a liar. This place is what it is. As far as the maint men. Watch out, Not only are they creepy, but like to be in your business even when they shouldn't be!!

I work for the offices of Arbor Green, and I can say, with full confidence that no one here wrote that. Thank you to whom ever did though! We are very proud of our NEW maintenance workers, and our NEW management staff, as well as office workers. Morgan (as she always has) is a rock star, and we love her for it. My recomendation to anyone thinking of listening to the negative reviews, is to come out here and check us out yourself. Make your own decisions, with no bias. Thank you for your envolvement!
