I lived at Arbor Green from Sept. 06-Sept. 07 and I REALLY didn t like it. I lived upstairs in a tiny 1 bedroom. I decided write this review now because I have been reading reviews online and thought that it may benefit someone to share my stories.

I was pleased at first. I really liked the area. I think over all it s a pretty quite and safe place to live. Keep in mind that I lived in the buildings with 1 bedrooms, so I didn t have to deal with hearing a lot of kids and people. But on the opposite side of the complex there was a lot of crime and a couple car break-ins, which is typical with any complex.

My complaints are more about the falsification of how GREAT it is to live there. There was NOTHING special about Arbor Green, more over-priced and cheap than anything. The pool was not running last summer and it was used more as a storage unit for all the offices crap. The water was nasty! The maintenance was slow of course, taking them one week to change the kitchen light and one week to fix my dishwasher (that leaked all over the carpet if you tried to use it). The lease contract was more like signing your life away! Very shady! I once paid my rent on the 2nd of the month (the 1st was on a Sunday); I dropped it in the box on 10 am on Monday morning. They charged my $50!! And Ivy the manager was completely rude on the phone about it when I called. My carpet was thin and cheap, definitely needing to be replaced long before I moved in. I could also hear the people s conversations below me if I tried because of how thin the walls were. Oh yea, and there were 2 fires near the same building within a couple months of each other! SCARY! I would find some place else to live if I were you.

Its not that bad the pool is now remodel...pay your rent on time & everything will be fine.
