I lived at Arbor Green from Aug. 04 - Oct. 07. I loved the location of the complex but overall my experience was horrible. When things would break, maintenance would take forever and a day to fix them. The maintenance guy backed into my car and refused to pay for the damages!! There was duck and geese feces all over the sidewalk in the summertime and no one power-washed it off. There were numerous break-ins into vehicles and apartments. There was a huge electrical fire in the building next to mine. The leasing office staff was rude and the maintenance crew was incompetent but they always wanted their rent on the 1st of the month, not the 2nd, the 1st. There was no grace period. I was never late with my rent because the charged astronomical fees if you were late. There was basically no security. The on-site security officer did not respond to phone calls and someone even broke into his police car and stole his gun!! Arbor Green is just a bad set-up; keep searching for something better. Oh, and parking sucked too.

wait... You lived here 2 years ago and are just now deciding to post something about it... long after they got new staff and maintenance people? Car's get broken into.. ducks ---- where ever they want to and rent is due on the first of the month. I'd rather my rent money goes towards fixing real issues with the place as opposed to power washing side walks that are just going to get ---- on again. I love the maintenance staff. They've always fixed what ever I needed when I called. So far the office staff is nice and yes cars have been broken into this year but show me a complex that hasn't had one yet. It can get loud but it's an apartment complex, you have over 200 people living in a condensed area with all different life styles of course it gets loud.

You must work for Arbor Green or are just plain stupid!?! Who wants anything less than what their money is paying for. I posted my comments so late after the fact of my living there because I was having a recent discussion w/ a friend on where not to live in this city and we were reading reviews on Arbor Green so I added mine. I didn't have a problem w/ paying rent when it was due but I wanted the same courtesy of having things fixed in my apartment in a timely manner not days later. The duck crap was a problem because it was all over the sidewalk and grass so I had no where to walk or push my child's stroller without getting duck crap on my shoes or the wheels of the stroller so that's why it was a problem dumb a$$. So until you walk in my duck infested shoes keep your trap shut!
