I have lived at Arbor Green now for over three years and I am very content here. When I look at all these comments I just have to laugh. It seems to me like people only get on here if they have had a problem with the office. Well, I pay my rent on time every month and I have never had any negative run-ins with the office. They are always polite and they do something nice every month. I saw that we had a yard sale this past weekend and though most of them said they didn't make very much money, they all seemed to be having a good time. I know they had a patio contest and gave the winners gas cards, and they had a pool party with free pizza. These are apartments and you need to expect apartment living. The maintenance guy does a great job everytime. So I suggest you all quit crying, follow the RULES of the place, and you won't end up so unhappy.

Just don't go to the pool if you have kids. The pool can get very Ghetto, with women walking around cussing etc... Arbor Green had such a low occupancy that that they just let anyone move in. They also seem to nit pick on the littlest things. TRUST ME DON"T GO TO THE POOL, it will show you what kind of people are leaving here.

Wow. I have a 5 year old and we have been at the pool almost everyday this summer. We have had only minor problems from some feisty tenagers that are now back in school. I have never seen any "ghetto" people in here. I am about to resign my lease and trust and believe me, if it was ghetto I would be out. I lived in the ghetto for too long. Maybe you are some preppy fishers or geist person who cant stand anyone different. No clue why you are bitchin. However, I will say this. Maintenace is AWESOME. The pool is AWESOME and the cleanest I have ever seen an apartment pool be. We can sit out at night and enjoy quiet and peace as we look at the stars. I was also in the garage sale the other day. we had a blast. This complex offers so much and cares about their tenants. I cannot complain. We have been treated like gold here. Hell, our rent is late sometimes, but the staff is very nice and understanding about it. I am resigning because we are treated well and t is an overall nice area.
