When I moved into Arbor Green apartments the place had not been cleaned and the work that they had promised to be completed by move in was not finished. In the year that I lived there much of the promised work was never done. It took them 3 months to install a functioning lock on my front door (just one example). The front office staff changes every few weeks and management changes every few months. They do not honor agreements made with previous managers, and do not honor the terms of their lease agreements.

Arbor Green does not return deposits of any kind. I had a friend put down a $200 fully refundable deposit to reserve an apartment. When he found out that my door did not have a lock he requested that his reservation be cancelled and the deposit returned. They refused. When I moved out of my apartment the place was perfectly clean, much cleaner than, it had been when I moved in and my damage deposit was not returned.

The experience at arbor green got progressively worse as neighbors got louder and less respectful of other tenants. For example it was common for individuals to sit in their houses but rely on their car stereos to push music from the parking lot into their (and everyone else s) apartments. Also, the fire alarms at arbor green went off every time someone used a dryer.

During the year I lived at arbor green 9 different cars were broken into (that I know of) including mine.

Living at Arbor Green was the worst residential experiences of my life and I would not recommend doing business with them.

I agree with you 100 percent. Arbor Green attendance was down very low, so they started letting anyone move in. It is very ghetto in here now. I won't even go to the pool anymore. I also know of several vehicles that have been broken into. : ( I move out in a few weeks. I can not wait!!!!!!! Don't move to Arbor Green Apts.
