I am single and have lived in the Argyle for 5 years. Right now, I am on my 3 apartment. It is great! There are only 36 apartments in the building and 17 different one bedroom floor plans. After my year lease is up I can switch apartments...my security deposit switch with me. I did not have to pay a thing. I have lived the Mass side and watched people and the courtyard side. I love the downtown area. I can walk to everything and feel very safe out a night.
