I still live there so I dont want to give many specifics in fear that I won't get my deposit back. An important part of my apartment was broken...i had to call maintence back 4 times to fix it..everytime i call the office for a repair the office staff is beyond rude. I have had to call the assistant apartment manager 3 times now to remove a charge from my bill that was put on there by mistake and it still has not been removed. I called to see if they may have something cheaper at the end of my lease in July and her response was "no we have nothing until August" instead of suggesting a month to month or some other arrangements to keep my business. The place is starting to go downhill...lots of junk cars parked outside and sketchy people hanging around. My neighbors are moving out constantly and I am next!
