I have lived at Ashton Brook for a little over a year now, and I absolutely love the new staff. They are courteous, and helpful, they occasionally take a little time to get some things together, but with the morons that used to work in this office I imagine that they are spending quite a bit of time dealing with the previous messes.

The maintenance staff is helpful and are always on the go and are happy to take care of any problems that have arisen in my home.

In regards to the teenagers and the vandalism in the neighborhood, they have hired a new courtesey officer that I had the pleasure of meeting and they told me that they are organizing a Crime Watch. I agree that some bad things have happenned, but how can you blame a whole new staff on everything that is happening when they have only been here for a little while'

Oh, and when I signed MY renewal lease, I was told (& I read my lease) that the policy is 2 month's prior notice, so the person that made the previous listing should read their lease better. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
