Feels like home

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
I had been shopping for apartments for some time before I came across Ashton Brook. We actually had just been across the street at Lake Nora (so glad we didn't make THAT mistake!) when we saw Ashton and decided to take a look. I could not believe the value. Free gas, free water, and very reasonable rent for the location and the square footage! The apartment itself is very nice. The bedroom is HUGE, and we especially love the double walk-in closets!
I've read some of the other reviews where people were complaining about the neighbors being noisey or "trashy", but they definitely must not be in our building. Our neighbors actually welcomed us and told us to call on them if we needed anything.
The office staff was really nice to us during the tour, throughout the paperwork, and with anything else we needed thereafter. We had a small maintenance request which we called in, and a maintenance person was sent over within the hour! I don't know what the old staff was like, but it's obvious that the current ones are committed to providing good customer service.
We've only been here two weeks now, but the move in could not have gone smoother. We even received a welcome card in the mail yesterday signed by the lady who we applied with. We are very happy with our new home.
