After reading a lot of the prior reviews, I felt I should post an honest opinion. Seriously people' If the apartments and staff were as bad as you make them out to be, this place would be empty. It looks pretty full to me! Obviously they must be doing something right. As for policies- read your lease. It is not the office's fault if you sign something without reading it, don't understand the policies, and don't feel you should have to own up to them when they apply to you. I read my lease, asked a ton of questions, and am fully aware of what the lease says. The office doesn't hide stuff from you or scam you, its all in the lease. Don't sign if you don't agree! Maintenance wise, yeah, every property has problems. It comes with the territory... those of you who have ever owned a home know that. At least here they take care of stuff for you! Yes, I've had maintenance that has taken a little while, or has needed checked out again. Those guys are human and they have a whole lot of people to take care of. Cut them some slack! They get stuff done. Period. Yes, The office staff is kind of new, but they are always helpful when I call or stop by. Considering how rude the last staff was, I am thankful they are here. They do their job well. As for all the other stuff (crime, kids, bugs, whatever), welcome to life! You can't get away from some stuff no matter where you go. At least here it isn't my problem! I love my apartment, it is a good price, and the location is great. I've referred several people here, and we are all happy with our apartments. I just wouldn't believe all the crap that people say on this website.
